Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur.

At this time, we only offer delivery within the United States.

$15 Priority Shipping on all orders


Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns of unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund for the item less the cost of return shipping. In order to ensure the health and safety of our customers, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges of underwear if its packaging has been opened.

If you are a first time customer, we make an exception for an exchange of a single pair of opened underwear for a different size. We can accept an exchange of a single pair of opened underwear for a different size within 14 days of receiving your order. If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us at hello@wearsustene.com, and we will pay for the cost of shipping the new item to you.
