Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund for the item less the cost of return shipping. In order to ensure the health and safety of our customers, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges of underwear if its packaging has been opened.
If you are a first time customer, under Our Fit Promise, we make an exception for an exchange of a single pair of opened underwear for a different size. We can accept an exchange of a single pair of opened underwear for a different size within 14 days of receiving your order. If you would like to make an exchange under Our Fit Promise, please contact us at hello@wearsustene.com, and we will pay the shipping costs for the exchange. If you order a multi-pack as part of your first purchase with us, please open only up to one pair of underwear, and we will exchange the multi-pack under Our Fit Promise.

Discounts
Sustene offers a 15% discount on your first online single pair purchase upon subscribing to our email list.
We also offer bundle discount pricing for 3-packs and 5-packs. Only one discount can be used per purchase; bundle discounts cannot be combined with any other discount code. Bundle discounts will be automatically applied in your cart before checkout, and all other discount codes can be applied at checkout.
